我看了那麼多集,最常看到他們用 me neither/me either/neither do I之類的用法。
I don't like him的時候,我通常都會答ya, me too.
不過我覺得那種回答too common,而且it's not cool at all!
I am hungry.
有人回答 I'm either。
有人回答so am I。(對)
有人回答me too。
有人回答I am too。
I don't know why he did it.
I don't know either。(對)
有人回答 neither do I。
----------------------------------------------------
然後再看多幾次,ok,有些人就提出了when should I use "too" , "either/neither", 和 "so/neither do I"。。
and here's the answers I think:
Use "either" with a negated verb like this :
A:I don't like chemistry.
B:I don't either. (I don't like chemistry either)
然後neither的similar意思是not either, so you would use it like this:
A: I don't like chemistry.
B: Neither do I. (聽起來很怪,不常用的關係。)
-------------------------------------------------
ok,here comes another explanation。
"too" is used in affirmative sentences (= non negative), and "either" in negative sentences. "Neither" is basically "not" + "either" put together, 例子:
I hate Bond. (I hate 沒有否定的意思,所以it is a non negative sentence,我很肯定我討厭邦,很肯定的。所以是affirmative sentence)
回答:
1. I hate him too.
2. Me too.
3. So do I.
I don't like Bond. (ok, I don't like 有個 "don't"/"不",so it is a negative sentence)
回答:
1. I don't like him either. (don't + either)
2. Me neither.
3. Neither do I.
到最後either/neither是什麼意思都搞不懂。。。。
Let me practice,
ReplyDeleteI hate Pink.
